These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TradesCalcPro website, tools, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

• “TradesCalcPro,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to the operators of the website TradesCalcPro.com and all associated calculators, content, and materials.
   
• “You” or “Your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
   
• “Services” include all online calculators, estimators, data, reports, or content provided by TradesCalcPro.
   

By using TradesCalcPro, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you agree to these Terms on their behalf.

TradesCalcPro strives to maintain accuracy but does not guarantee that any calculation, output, or information is free of error.
All calculators and data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

While the Services may reference standards such as:

• The Canadian Electrical Code (CEC)
   
• The National Electrical Code (NEC)
   

these are for general guidance only. You must always:

• Reference the official code publications,
   
• Follow local amendments or bylaws, and
   
• Defer to jurisdictional authorities (AHJ) for final interpretations.
   

TradesCalcPro accepts no responsibility for any discrepancies between calculator results and official regulatory requirements.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you are qualified to interpret or apply the information provided.
   
• Confirming all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
   
• Maintaining your own data security and device integrity when using the site.
   

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell TradesCalcPro content or code without permission.
   
• Use the Services for unlawful or misleading purposes.
   

Some features may be offered as premium, subscription, or trial-based tools (“Premium Services”).
TradesCalcPro reserves the right to change, remove, or update Premium Services at any time without notice.

Any subscription fees, if introduced in the future, will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

All code, design, branding, calculators, and written content on TradesCalcPro are the property of TradesCalcPro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

TradesCalcPro and its contributors make no representations or warranties regarding:

• Reliance on calculator outputs or data provided.
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

TradesCalcPro may include links to third-party sites (e.g., Google AdSense, reference documents). We do not control or endorse such content and are not responsible for any third-party practices or damages arising from their use.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used to improve the Services. TradesCalcPro has no obligation to compensate you for such input.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and TradesCalcPro regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior verbal or written agreements.
